P&P smoked beet veggie burger, house-made brioche bun, herby-dill sauce, Creekside Farm chevre, zucchini relish, pickled red onion. Served with fingerling potatoes and garlic aioli.

ALSO, JUST TAPPED: “Dear Science”, Hazy I.P.A. mashed with a base of @westbranchmalts Ohio barley, @hausmalts wheat & oat malts, plus a little Briess Carapils & flaked oats. Hopped in a 175 Farenheit whirlpool with Simcoe & Citra. Fermented with @berkeley_yeast Thiol, a London ale strain modified to release bound thiols and emphasize tropical fruit characteristics. Dry hopped with Pink Boots Blend, and more Citra! 6.7% abv.

A RARE treat: We are releasing, immediately, via online sales, for drinking onsite, and for carryout, a very limited supply (30 bottles) of our FIRST EVER BOTTLING RUN OF MAKER OF THINGS. This 2016 version of our @foedercrafters American oak-aged sour red ale has aged gracefully in a hidden corner of the brewery for 5 years now. We shared a bottle amongst our staff yesterday. It tasted great. We want to spread the love! • $25 per 750 ml bottle. We do not recommend aging this beer for longer than a year at this point, as we feel it is most likely at the peak of its flavor, although you are welcome to do with it as you see fit!
