What started in 2015 as a small production brewery, is now a full brewery & restaurant with 2 locations (Athens and Dayton). We brew and cook with a farmhouse philosophy: A rotating, “chef and brewer driven” menu, focused on sourcing locally & ethically whenever possible. This food and drink is approachable and unpretentious, but we strive to make every dish, or beer, world class.
We work hard to make our brewery a reflection of our values. We source the majority of our grain and a portion of our hops in-state. The meat we serve is from local farmers who we see as allies. Our electricity is generated by our solar panels and wind power credits. We are 100% independently owned. Every little bit helps.
