Vallée Rustique is inspired by those classic Brett beers of Belgium, and it’s brewed with 100% Ohio-grown barley & hops. It’s brewed simply, but you’ll find complexity in every sip.

Sourcing: Pilsner Malt from Rustic Brew Farm, Crystal hops from Ohio Valley Hops, Comet hops from Auburn Acres, and water from our Athens county wells. Bottle conditioned.

Tasting Notes: Pineapple and moderate funk aromas, firm bitterness, bone dry, and very low acidity.
