Chicken Wings, yeah we did that! @chef_nyya created this awesome little dish of @pasturefowler chicken wings, brined with apple juice and cider vinegar, fried and tossed in blueberry bulgogi. Served with sesame aioli, tuxedo sesame seeds, house-fermented @ohiostudentfarm beet leaf kimchi, cilantro, and @atticanfarms flowers. This is a lighter take on an Oktoberfest beer, what we like to call a “modern golden festbier”. It’s a few shades darker than a Dortmunder. A few shades lighter than Karmanfest and well…”more drinkable in quantity”. Just something fun we wanted to pull off for this year. Karmanfest will also be pouring by 9/21! Practice those Stein Hoists!
