This 100% Ohio-grown beer is, loosely, a Finnish-style sahti (a farmhouse ale brewed with copious amounts of whole juniper branches). Ours is a bit lower in alcohol than your typical sahti, but that’s farmhouse mentality for ya. We foraged these branches the day of the brew from a friend’s property right down the road from the brewery.

Flavor Profile: Juniper wood aromas, coconut, and banana yeast esters. Light and fluffy malts, with an assertive evergreen tree flavor. Light bitterness, medium body, lingering juniper flavor.
