Imperial Oatmeal Stout

An imperial stout brewed with pale and brown malts, black malt, midnight wheat, and a very generous amount of flaked oats for extra body and smoothness.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of toasted nut, caramel, and molasses with a slight burnt edge. Flavor is smooth and sweet up front, but balanced with an assertive roast, hop bitterness, and dark caramel finish, with of course, warming alcohols.
