100% Ohio-grown, wet-hopped saison

This golden-hued saison is brewed with Ohio-grown barley & triticale, and fresh, wet hops from our arbor, just footsteps from our brewery doors. It’s fermented with a mixed culture of saison yeast, thoilized ale yeast, and Brettanomyces.

Bottle & keg conditioned, this beer will taste hoppy and juicy when fresh, with more barnyard character developing as it ages at cellar temperature.

Tasting notes: Big citrus, extra-fresh hop aroma, paired with classic saison bubblegum and spice notes. Light leathery bitterness and funk from Brett. Dry, funky, bitter, sippable.
