Spruce Tip I.P.A.

This American I.P.A. was brewed with Pacific Northwest hops (Centennial and Simcoe), plus Norway spruce tips, freshly harvested from our trees at the Athens Brewery. A classic flavor combo!

Tasting Notes: A somewhat malty but clear and crisp I.P.A., with notes of pine and citrus from classic I.P.A. hops, plus a fresher and more distinctly piney “real tree” flavor. Balanced, pleasantly bitter finish.
