Ohio Weizen is back! This German-style Hefeweizen is packed with banana & clove yeast notes, with a background vanilla aroma. Pillowy and quaffable on this beautiful patio-perfect day. ☀️ Now real talk for a second; we usually brew this beer as an 100% Ohio-grown product. However, as of this batch, we may have lost our connection for Ohio-grown wheat. The barley & hops are still from Ohio, but it does leave us in a bit of a pickle 🥒 as far as the beer’s identity. We just want to be up-front with our ingredient sourcing always. The flavor is unchanged from its previous all-Ohio sourcing.

How about a Catfish Po’boy with an optional side of house-pickled vegetables? 🎣 Wild-caught, panko-breaded Chesapeake Bay Blue Catfish, pickle remoulade, red onion, and lettuce on a toasted bun. 😋 The pickles are a combo of “secret recipe” spiced zucchini, carrot, cauliflower, cukes, and red onion.
