100% Ohio-grown, German-style hefeweizen with locally-grown pawpaw fruit!

The base of this beer is the same hefeweizen as “Vax Up, Yo!”. After primary fermentation, we add locally-picked and processed pawpaw puree from Integration Acres (Pawpaw is a native Ohio fruit that is very squishy when ripe, and has notes of banana, mango, and such).

Flavor Profile: Classic hefeweizen banana & clove, aromas, with a little vanilla note. Fruitiness accentuated by actual pawpaw fruit. Low bitterness, moderately sweet.
