100% Ohio-grown, German-style hefeweizen with locally-grown pawpaw fruit!

The base of this beer is “Ohio Weizen”, a 100% Ohio-grown hefeweizen. After primary fermentation, we add locally-picked and processed pawpaw puree from Integration Acres (Pawpaw is a native Ohio fruit that is very squishy when ripe, and has notes of banana, mango, and such).

Tasting Notes: Classic hefeweizen banana & clove aromas, with a little vanilla note and slight tart finish. Fruitiness accentuated by actual pawpaw fruit. Low bitterness, moderately sweet.

5.6% ABV, not gluten reduced.
