Moonville Stout is inspired by the Moonville train tunnel in the Zaleski State Forest, which according to some accounts, is haunted by a train brakeman named McDevitt, who drunkenly fell to his death under a train in 1873.

The exact blend of Moonville Stout will vary from year to year. This year’s batch consists of:

-70% Imperial Stout, aged in Heaven Hill Barrels for 22 months

-30% Imperial Stout, aged in a Heaven Hill barrel for 18 months, then Detrick bourbon barrel for 22 months.
