@ansonmills buckwheat polenta with Gorgonzola, @forestfungi.us mushrooms three ways: pickled chestnut, brown butter lion’s mane, crispy oyster. @doublelongrun asparagus, Gorgonzola-pink peppercorn butter, buckwheat microgreens, @atticanfarms flowers, black garlic vinegar. Happy Earth Day! We celebrated with a little hop gardening, and glass of Saison du Poisson. What a great beer to highlight our mission of brewing with local ingredients. This saison is made with brewer-grown hops, and all the agricultural ingredients came from Ohio!
