We brewed this collaboration beer with head brewer Colin Vent of Seventh Son. Sean and Colin are both huge fans of the Dead Milkmen, and this beer is inspired by a song of theirs called “My Many Smells” We’ll spare you the lyrics, but suffice to say, we decided to make a barrel-aged funky saison with multiple variations of tropical fruits and dry hops. There are three versions of this beer, and all are still available, only at the taproom.

Vol. 1: Aged in a wine puncheon for 7 months with mango, kumquat, and grapefruit. Dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin & Galaxy.

Vol. 2: Aged in a wine puncheon for 7 months pineapple and lime. Dry hopped with Equinox & Simcoe.

Vol. 3: Aged in a chardonnay wine barrel for 7 months with kiwi & passionfruit. Dry hopped with Citra.
