Lay & Love is a blend of foeder & wine barrel-aged sour red & blonde ales, with an average age of 2.5 years. The most recent batch (Batch B105) was refermented on whole blackberries at a rate of 3 pounds per gallon, and bottle conditioned. The blackberries came from “The Berry Farm” in Richwood, Ohio. A lot of hard work, patience, and love went into this beer. We offer it to you with a humble gratitude for your friendship and for your appreciation of our craft.

Flavor Profile: Fresh blackberries, wine barrel oak, and a bouquet of red fruits on the nose. “High” on the sour spectrum. Flavor is full of fresh berries, with a very balanced, low-funk sour red beer base. Finish is dry, with fruit and oak tannins.
