**EVENT ALERT! 🔥 This one’s gonna be sweet, folks, don’t miss out. **

Join us on the evening of December 14th for a one-of-a-kind, behind-the-scenes look into brewing spontaneous-fermentation, barrel-aged sour ale in our coolship room.

This 2 hour tasting & tour will be led by Little Fish Co-Founder & Head Brewer Sean White, towards the final stage of an actual spontaneous brew day, on the second floor of the brewery**.

Included in the tour:
-Full pour of Appalachian Spontaneous Ale, Batch 1, a lambic inspired, barrel-aged sour ale.
-A background history on Belgian lambic brewing and our process of emulating their traditions.
-The chance to be in the room, as we fill the coolship with steamy wort for its overnight rest.
-A tasting of 3 spontaneous barrels,
directly off the barrels, at different ages.

Space is very limited in the coolship room, and as such, tickets are limited! Only 20 are available.

**Guests will need to climb stairs for this tour. We sincerely apologize to our friends with physical disabilities who this might exclude. If you can’t climb stairs but wish to attend, we will do our best to set up a remote viewing area.

New Dish - SORGHUM RIBS - @mosofarmin pork ribs, sorghum molasses & lapsang souchong BBQ sauce, @shagbarkmill creamy corn grits with smoked cheddar, braised @blaneyfamilyfarm beet greens with @smokinggoosemeatery bacon and @ohio.university student farm onions, pot liquor, house-pickled onion, and house-fermented @atticanfarms biquino peppers. Boy, that’s a lot of @‘s !…but we like to give our farmers and food businesses credit always. The drink is a hot toddy that lead bartender Jason Werner came up with that includes @knobcreek smoked maple bourbon, local WallaHalla maple syrup, orange, apple, and cinnamon stick, and it’s to die for 😻🔥
