On Friday 7/11, the first day of @ohiobrewweek , w On Friday 7/11, the first day of @ohiobrewweek , we are releasing 3 mixed-culture bottles! All of these beers will also be on draft. All will see limited distribution in the Columbus, Cinci, and Dayton areas, and will be for sale at @little_fish_dayton (116 Webster St). Here are some details on each of these wonderful beers:

-Hearth & Field is a mixed-culture kvass that we brewed in collaboration with @azwilderness . This unique ale was mashed with sourdough bread that we baked in-house, along with traditional malts. After a fermentation with sourdough yeast, saison yeast, and house mixed cultures, it was conditioned on Arizona Provence lavender, and Ohio spicebush berries. It’s 4.7% abv. 500 ml bottles are $11.99 each.

-My Many Smells Vol. 5 is our 5th collaboration in a series with @seventh_son_brewing . These fruited & dry-hopped “tropical” sour ales each embody a unique blend of tropical fruit & dry-hops. For this version, we refermented mango and passionfruit in a barrel-aged sour ale, and then dry-hopped it with Comet. Expect extra-dry farmhouse funk & acidity with a complex fruity bouquet. 6.9% abv, 500 ml bottles are $13.99 each.

-Maker of Things is our American take on a Belgian Flanders red ale. This sour red ale spent years aging in our wine puncheon / foeder program in Dayton Ohio, and it’s the first-ever batch to come from our wood aging program there. The acidity is big, as are the wine and oak flavors. It’s one for aging in the cellar, if you have the patience (but it’s also for drinking today). 7.5% abv, 500 ml bottles are $12.99 each.
