Happy Pride Month, y’all! We at Little Fish belie Happy Pride Month, y’all! We at Little Fish believe that love is love, and everyone deserves to be accepted. ❤️ All month, we’ll be donating a dollar from each of these special cocktails to @prism_lgbtq . They are are delicious! We also have 4 special pride events happening throughout the month. Check our facebook events for full details!
Today, we collab’ed with our friends from @sixthse Today, we collab’ed with our friends from @sixthsensebrewing (Jackson, Ohio), on a new brew that will be out in time for @ohiobrewweek ! We put together a saison mashed with @sugarcreekmaltco pilsner and spelt malts, and hopped it with Magnum hops for bittering, and Cashmere in the whirlpool. At 10 minutes from the end of the boil, we added 4 pounds of ground sumac berries, which should hopefully give this saison a bit of a lemony zingyness! New cans! Two beers we are extremely proud of are New cans! Two beers we are extremely proud of are finally here: -Woodthrush, one of our best-selling beers (and a farmhouse ale at that). This amber farmhouse ale has judicious additions of lemon peel, coriander, and grains of paradise. Woodthrush was the 5th batch of beer ever brewed at Little Fish, and the barrel-aged version won us our first-ever World Beer Cup medal. -Spruce Crispy, 100% Ohio-Grown lager with spruce tips that we picked just down the road at @whitesmill this year. We love to source local ingredients, and we love it even more when we ALL the ingredients are grown in-state. Puffin Pilsner malt from @origin_malt , Chinook hops from Brookside Hops, Crystal hops from @ohiovalleyhops . It’s kind of a big deal! 😜🍻

Collabin’ with @woolypigfarmbrewery ! Today, we ar Collabin’ with @woolypigfarmbrewery ! Today, we are brewing a very special smoked lager with our friend Kevin Ely of Wooly Pig Farm Brewery (Fresno, OH). We are very excited to be working with @sugarcreekmaltco malts for the very first time at Little Fish. This Indiana-based malt company is doing it right, growing their own grain and malting a wide range of products (including, lucky for us, smoked malt). For this golden lager, we chose malt smoked over mulberry wood for some fruity, barbecue-y overtones. 45% smoked malt, 36% vienna malt, and 18% malted spelt went into the grist. It’s hopped with German Magnum and Hallertauer Mittelfruh to the tune of 22 IBU’s. And we’ll be fermenting it cold with our house lager strain. Can’t wait to get this one on draft for you! Look for a release during @ohiobrewweek (July 10-18).

The activities start at 6:00, with a line dancing class, roping, and possibly most importantly, MECHANICAL BULL RIDING! Activities are $20, and the mechanical bull is for adults only.
