Hey hey, we are going to get some for real snow th Hey hey, we are going to get some for real snow this weekend on Saturday and Sunday. Don’t get snowed in without the necessary goods, like groceries and beer! We’ve got the following cans, and we can do crowlers of many draft beers: Safari Flaps (Hazy IPA), Dear Science (Hazy IPA), Kalsarikännit (Baltic Porter), and Abseil Pils (German Pilsner). Don’t forget, you can also find our cans in Athens at @kindred.market and @busydaymarket . Stay safe, everyone! Enjoy the snow days. ❄️🍻
It’s Thursday, a great day for a flight! 18 beers It’s Thursday, a great day for a flight! 18 beers to choose from, in any combo you like. 😸 What we chose for ours: Beet Box - The base beer is Ohio Weizen, which we condition on freshly grated beets for 2 days. A light sweetness and pleasant earthiness come from the beets, plus such a wonderful color! 🫜 Safari Flaps - Our latest Hazy IPA, hopped with Citra & Azacca. This batch is getting rave reviews! It’s available in cans, too. Batch 664 - A single barrel of imperial stout, aged in a @heavenhilldistillery bourbon barrel for 14 months. Super desserty! We only have 4 kegs, so try some soon. Woodthrush - a classic. Amber farmhouse ale, spiced with lemon peel, coriander, and grains of paradise. Evocative of a Belgian field of grain being harvested by hand.

Ramen is BACK! - Smoked Pork Ramen - sorghum ham-c Ramen is BACK! - Smoked Pork Ramen - sorghum ham-cured and smoked @mosofarmin pork chop, porcini & pork bone broth, green walnut hoisin, ramen noodles, pickled shiitake, jammy egg, radish. From @woodsie.chef.jennie : “This is really Appalachianized and seasonal. I made the green walnut molasses in the hoisin last spring from trees on my farm.”
