Cannabis-inspired wheat ale.

A collaboration with our good “buddies” at Seventh Son Brewing. This hazy wheat ale got a post-fermentation addition of terpenes from Abstrax Hops. These terpenes come from all over the natural world (tropical fruits, flowers, hops) and are designed to emulate specific weed strains. The blend we used in this beer is called “Gelato”.

Tasting notes: Huge nuggety nose with dankness and tropical fruit all over the place. Moderate-strength wheat ale with a soft body and low bitterness, and a nuggety fruit-forward flavor.

6.3% abv, not gluted reduced.
