Throwback to Pig Roasts past and your reminder to Throwback to Pig Roasts past and your reminder to join us this SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24th for our Fall Pig Roast! @woodsie.chef.jennie is smoking a pastured hog from @mosofarmin, the kitchen is making all of the amazing sides, and the bar will be pouring pints - don’t sleep on this fun annual event! The fun and food start at 5 pm and will be available until the pork runs out. See you Saturday!
Fall food is starting to hit the menu, and this Co Fall food is starting to hit the menu, and this Confit Chicken & Butter Beans from @woodsie.chef.jennie will warm you up! Featuring two cured and confit @pasturefowler chicken drums, a cassoulet-inspired butter bean stew with fennel, white wine, rosemary, and mirepoix, lemon crumb, gremolata, and fennel fronds. Try it with a glass of Ant Moore Sauv Blanc or a pint of Oud Bruin sour brown ale!
Saturday October 24th, we’re having a hog roast! @ Saturday October 24th, we’re having a hog roast! @woodsie.chef.jennie will be smoking a whole @mosofarmin hog outdoors, and serving it up with an assortment of wonderful locally-sourced side dishes to choose from. •Start time is 5:00 pm, and it ends when the food is gone (we attempt to make the right amount to last most of the night). • Adult price is $32 for a load of meat and 3 sides, with an assortment of house-made barbecue sauces to choose from to top it off. •Price for children 12 and under is $16 Can’t wait to see you there!

Who’s ready for Steinholding this Saturday!? Our O Who’s ready for Steinholding this Saturday!? Our Oktoberfish Steinholding competition starts at 6:00 pm, and there are prizes for the Men’s, Women’s, and Children’s first-place winners. If you haven’t competed before, that’s OK. Everyone is welcome! Check out the rules by searching online for “Official Steinholding Rules”. All you need to compete is a Little Fish 1 liter stein, available to purchase on Saturday, filled with beer (or water). Children can use juice boxes, or cups provided by us! Live music will be courtesy of Die Musikmeisters of Appalachia from 3:00-6:30. The fun goes all day long, with an amazing German-themed food menu by @woodsie.chef.jennie And we can’t forget the beer! 4 German-style ales and lagers available by the pint or liter. -Karmanfest, our amber fest lager. -Abseil Pils, our German pilsner. -Ohio Weizen, our traditional hefeweizen. -Smoke & Biers, our mulberry-smoked rauchbier collaboration with @woolypigfarmbrewery See You Saturday!!! ❤️🍻🇩🇪
