Now, we sure do love our funky farmhouse ales here, but one of the beers that we as brewers gravitate towards drinking after work is Abseil Pils. Just clean, crisp pilsner malt layered over with the finest Hallertauer Mittelfruh and Czech Saaz hops. Abseil takes time and special care to ferment cold and lager at 32 degrees for weeks.
