The hops in this batch are Citra and Azacca. It’s great, and it’s as fresh as it gets! • We also recently started making Beet Box, just for the taprooms. Now, the brewers all agree that this is the best beet beer we have ever made, and we have made a few. 😉 Something about that low bitterness and background sweetness of the base hefeweizen just really works with the earthiness of the beets. • Whatever your interest, we’ve probably got something up your alley. Dear Science, our flagship of the Hazy beers we br Dear Science, our flagship of the Hazy beers we brew, is now in cans! What’s the “science” of this beer, you ask? Besides using copious amounts of Citra, Mosaic, and Sabro hops in the whirlpool and dry-hop for a bright tropical fruit aroma, we also ferment Dear Science with a special “Thiolized” ale yeast, which provides the boost of Thiols (tropical fruit like guava & passionfrui) aromas that you all crave.
