Wednesday 7/15, Save the date for “Frights & Pints Wednesday 7/15, Save the date for “Frights & Pints” movie night, hosted by our friend Gordon Briggs, @drgordonbriggs . We’re showing a fairly family-friendly one earlier at 6:00: Ghostbusters. Between movies, Gordon will do some fun horror trivia with the audience. Then at 8:00, we’re showing Army of Darkness (rated R, not as family friendly). See you there!
This Friday, 7/10, in both Athens and @little_fish This Friday, 7/10, in both Athens and @little_fish_dayton , we’re releasing 2 new bottles!: -Moonville Stout 2026 Blend is our most luxuriant batch to-date. Coming in at 16.4% abv, this beer drinks somewhat akin to a well-aged port, but with all the chocolatey nuances of a stout. Aged in Heaven Hill & @detrickwhiskey barrels for an average of 2.5 years, it carries a lot of bourbon and baking spice aroma from the oak itself. $18.99 a bottle, with no limit. -Sunfish is our foeder-aged sour blonde ale, bottle conditioned on loads of Ohio-sourced wildflower honey. Aged in a solera process, we have honestly lost track of the average age of this beer, but it’s safe to say it’s had over 2 years in oak. Lovely notes of wildflower honey, citrus candy, and just enough sourness to make it sing. $14.99 a bottle with no limit. Both these beers will also be on draft to try in Athens on Friday. Both beers will see draft soon, if not by Friday, in Dayton.

Enjoy these events with us, if you please. 😃🍻 Here are a couple highlights: -Our 11th anniversary on July 11th is going to be a big day: lots of special beer tappings, TBA. Plus, MUSIC!: Hutchinson’s Melody Makers (old time string band) is playing from 4:00-6:00. Then at 7:00, @the_holes_athens plays! It’s going to be a fun day, not to be missed! -Our collab dinner with @hei_hei_time is on Thursday July 16th from 5:00-10:00. No tickets necessary for this one, just come on out and enjoy some fun Korean & fusion food from Hei Hei and @woodsie.chef.jennie ! -Our beer dinner on July 13th is sold out, but we are open for regular business on Monday, so swing on by for a beer! -We’ll keep updating you with more events soon, but for now, you can check our facebook events page, or Ohio Brew Week’s events page to view them.
