It’s no April Fools prank: Pinche Guey is back on It’s no April Fools prank: Pinche Guey is back on draft! We get a lot of requests for this beer and we are stoked to have it back! • Pinche Guey is our bourbon barrel aged, Mexican chocolate imperial stout. For this batch, the base stout spent 22 months in @middlewestspirits bourbon barrels. In the bright tank, we added loads of cacao nibs, vanilla beans, cinnamon sticks, and chile de arbol. All those flavors come through beautifully in the glass. It’s checking in at 13.5% abv. • Try it now on draft; look out for bottles towards the end of April!
