We just tapped a fresh keg of this German-style hefeweizen with locally harvested pawpaw fruit. Ripe banana fruit character meets ripe banana and clove character from hefeweizen ale yeast. A crispy-fried @pasturefowler chicken thigh, topped with chipotle aioli, smoked New Mexico chiles from @atticanfarms , relish, cabbage slaw, cilantro microgreens, and pickled onion. There’s a ton of flavor going on on this sandwich that begs to be savored!
