A crispy-fried @pasturefowler chicken thigh, topped with chipotle aioli, smoked New Mexico chiles from @atticanfarms , relish, cabbage slaw, cilantro microgreens, and pickled onion. There’s a ton of flavor going on on this sandwich that begs to be savored!

New beer alert! “Oud Bruin”. A wine barrel-aged so New beer alert! “Oud Bruin”. A wine barrel-aged sour brown ale in the Belgian tradition, aged for 3 years in red wine barrels. Beautiful notes of chocolate, black currant, oak, and red wine, with a balanced acidity and moderate sweetness. Blended from only 2 oak barrels to produce about 8 kegs-worth. This one is available on draft only in Athens, and should hit Dayton next week.
