Athens brewery to find new home in downtown Dayton•
Little Fish Brewing Company signs letter of intent to open taproom and brewery on Webster St.•
ATHENS, OH – Athens, Ohio-based brewery Little Fish Brewing Company announced today that it has signed a letter of intent with the Windsor Companies to develop a second location in downtown Dayton. Construction is projected to begin in spring of 2021.

The Windsor Companies acquired the buildings at 112 Webster Station, formerly known as Midwest Tools, along with a few surrounding properties in September 2020. The brewery is the first tenant to sign on to the project, which is within walking distance of downtown, Day Air Ballpark, the Riverscape and the Fire Blocks District.

“Downtown is really growing into an exciting hub for small and independent restaurants and bars, shopping, entertainment and living,” said Carli Dexter of The Windsor Companies. “We couldn’t be more excited that Little Fish is going to be a part of that.”

The future Little Fish location will be dedicated to the production of wood- and barrel-aged sour beers. Patrons will be able to enjoy these, as well as other Little Fish beers from the Athens location at the taproom and beer garden. Also featured will be a farm-to-table kitchen developed by Little Fish’s Executive Chef, Becky Clark.

Stockwell and White are no strangers to the Dayton area. Little Fish distributes beer here to local craft beer centric bars, breweries, and bottle shops.

Introducing a new program. As weather turns colder, we know many of you will want to stay inside to eat. But you don’t want to cook every night either, amirite!? 😉 If you purchase a membership to our 4-week “C.S.A. Dinner Program”, you can enjoy a family-style meal, prepped for you, ready to pick up (with 3 mixed 32 oz. crowlers of our choice!) every Wednesday evening. Just heat, crack a beer, and eat! • The menus are amazing (too much detail to fit in this post), and are available in omnivore or vegetarian option for 2 adults, 4 adults, or 2 adults & 2 kids. •
Membership is purchased on our online shop at littlefishbrewing.com/shop/ (Where you can also see the full menus) • C.S.A. Dinners will be available to pick up at the taproom, any time from 12-9 pm, on Wednesdays (11/18, 11/25, 12/2, and 12/9). Additional C.S.A. sessions are planned, and will be announced as we get closer to their dates. • Other details: As meals are packed family-style, they must be either omnivore, or vegetarian. We can’t split it. No food substitutions can be made, but we can leave off certain ingredients for dietary or allergy reasons. Kids’ portions are smaller portions of the adult portions. • Lastly, we are also offering a beer-only C.S.A., which is available for pickup at the taproom, or for direct shipping throughout Ohio. 100% Ohio-grown, rustic fresh-hop I.P.A. 7.3% abv. Mashed with a base of Ohio 2-row barley from @westbranchmalts , malted rye and caramel oats from @hausmalts . Hopped in the kettle with Houndsback Hops Centennial, @knausshops Chinook, and 40 pounds of fresh, wet Riwaka, Cascade, Crystal, , E’desem, and Chinook from our hop arbor. Fermented with a clean ale yeast & dry-hopped with @morning_dew_hop_farm Chinook & Knaus Hops Chinook. As you can see, it was truly a state-wide effort to grow the ingredients for this beer!
