Hefeweizen with Beets.

Possibly the best beet beer we have made to-date, this hefeweizen has the background sweetness to really play off the beets and give it a little extra balance (just as beets are often sweetened somewhat in culinary applications). The base beer we used to make Beet Box is Ohio Weizen, which conditions on fresh beets for a couple of days before it’s kegged off.
